The wushu centre diaspora
The clubs where I taught are self sufficient. They had their own styles well before I taught there, so added my seminars and styles to their schedules. The clubs below are the ones where I taught the most regularly, who are most likely to continue on with my bagua and xingyi.
The clubs

Northern Gate Internal Arts
This is Neil Bates’ club, training in his compound’s parking lot in Basingstoke. It is essentially an Yiquan club, but they do practise the bagua and xingyi that I taught there for years. I drop by for yearly visits in November.

Ching Wu Athletic Association
This is David Cliffe’s club, and has been in Winnipeg for as long as I can remember. It is essentially a Shaolin club. I taught there for years, so they are well able to continue on with the bagua and xingyi that I taught. They are at 213 Pacific Ave.

Stone Lantern Internal Arts
This is James Saper’s club, and is in Guelph, ON. He teaches a variety of things, including the bagua and xingyi that I taught there for years.

Victoria and Sidney
I still teach on the Island, since I go to visit family. I am usually there from June 24 to July 10, and get in touch with the people who train with me. There is no ongoing club that trains together.

Halifax
I haven’t been there for years, and they most likely don’t remember anything I taught them, but I have a soft spot for this gang, and we keep in touch. This is one of the few hotspots of Chuojiao Fanzi in the world, led by Andrew Gordon and Josh Arnold.

Medicine Hat
I also haven’t been there for years, but have a soft spot. The main instigator of the group, Robert Ballentyne, in the grey hoody, died too young, of cancer.
