All moves shown in full speed and slow motion. There isn't much commentary, but it is in English by Anthony Chan. You can't learn proper xingyi basics from this video, but if you know some xingyi you can easily learn the routine. Liang performs beautiful performance / competition xingyi - fast and clean - I haven't seen many better. The routine takes 1:20 to perform, and is very well suited to competition, all the elements and animals are there, smoothly linked.
With Xingyi back into mainstream wushu competition, it is a good idea to take a good look at how it was done in the 1980s, the last time it was included as one of the six main events.
